Karlo is the founder of Six String Pickers Guitar lessons, bringing a unique blend of musical passion and professional experience to his teaching. Karlo taught himself to play in his college dorm room, while earning his Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology at Northern Arizona University. Karlo has developed a deep love for music and a commitment to helping others unlock their potential through the power of song.

Beyond his musical expertise, Karlo has extensive experience working with autistic children as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where he honed his skills in patience, individualized instruction, and creative problem-solving. In addition, his background as a care coordinator has further strengthened his ability to tailor his approach to meet the specific needs of each student, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment for all. Through lessons, he combines his love for music with his dedication to making learning an accessible and enjoyable experience for every student.
